We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your payment clearing (sometimes though with the designer liners or made to order liners it may take a few days longer if I don't have in stock, but I will let you know if that is the case)
All orders will have a maximum standard delivery charge of $10 Auckland, $15 Rest of the North Island, $20 South Island
Baby Trenz reserves the right to send parcels either via NZ Post or courier for this price. However, Local parcels will be sent via courier, unless specifically requested otherwise.
Within the
Auckland City area, deliveries will usually be the following business day.
Please allow approximately 2 – 3 business days for deliveries outside of Auckland.
Delivery terms are subject to availability of stock. We will send an email to confirm despatch of order. You will be advised if your order is to be delayed.
We accept Cash, Internet Banking/Direct Payment into our bank account and cheques.
Payments can be made into our bank account: ( I will send these to you when you order)
Please note we will not dispatch an order until payment has cleared.
Cash payments can be made if picking up product directly from us. An appointment is necessary for all pick ups. Please note we do not have a retail store or show room.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Our products are all quoted in NZ dollars and include 12.5% GST.
All prices are correct at time of publication, however Baby Trenz reserves the right to alter our prices at any time.
We offer an 6 week layby service on all purchases.
We require a $10 non-refundable deposit to cover admin and holding costs related to the layby.
The balance including postage is to be paid within six weeks.
